Welcome to Haus Specht! This small holiday home offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is a simple but nice holiday home in a quiet park. The house can accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms. There is a lovely garden with lots of privacy.

Living room
The living room is adjacent to the kitchen. Here you can spread out on the comfortable sofa. This can also be converted into an extra bed if required. There is also an extendable dining table with space for up to 6 people.

The TV is equipped with several TV channels and is also connected to a Blu-ray player. If you decide to stay in the colder seasons, the central heating will help you stay warm.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped. You can cook on the gas hob and a small separate oven. A large selection of pots and pans and plenty of crockery are available. Many basic utensils such as oil, spices and sugar are also provided.

You will also find a washing machine here. There are also washing lines outside. The small fridge with ice compartment can be supplemented with an electrically operated freezer if required.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms. The large bedroom leads off the living room and is furnished with a double bed and a full-length mattress (160 x 200 cm). The small bedroom leads off the kitchen and is furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm each). These can be joined together at the frame to form one large bed.

Both rooms offer plenty of cupboard space to store your luggage.

Bathroom
The small bathroom is equipped with a shower with storage facilities, a WC and a washbasin with mirror cabinet.

Garden
The well-tended garden invites you to relax. The hedges on all sides give you a view of the greenery, but at the same time protect you from prying eyes from outside. There is no additional fence. The paved terrace leads off the living room and is sheltered from the wind and rain by the canopy.

Parking
One parking space is provided for guests of Park Zeewaard in the central car park. Here you will also find two luggage trolleys for transporting your luggage.
