Welcome to ‘Auszeit am Meer’. A beautiful, modernised 4-person bungalow Eureka 75 with cosy veranda, 2 bedrooms and fully fenced large garden is located at the edge of the, by many popular, bungalow park Eureka. The lovely, quiet sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee is only 1.5 km away.

Layout
The detached bungalow has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is a bright, garden-oriented living room with open kitchen and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The bungalow is surrounded by a very large, fully fenced garden with lots of privacy. There is space for 2 cars to park. There is free Wi-Fi.

Bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with single duvets. The second bedroom has a bed with trundle bed (extendable to a double bed with 2 80 x 200 cm mattresses).  The bedrooms have blackout blinds.

Bathroom
There is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin cabinet with drawers and an illuminated mirror.

Living room and kitchen
The bright, garden-oriented living room, with 2-seater sofa and an armchair has a Digital TV with Dutch and some German channels. There is a laminate floor. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas cooker with extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. Finally, in the centre of the room there is a cosy dining area with seating for 4 people.

Garden
From the living room you can access the cosy veranda where, come rain or shine, it is a lovely place to be. From the veranda you have a beautiful view of the garden. The large garden surrounding the house has a large lawn and is located in the corner at the back of the park, giving you an unobstructed view over the farmlands. The garden offers a lot of privacy and is fully fenced.
