Surrounded by greenery and trees, this beautiful holiday home is located on bungalow park Campanula. This holiday home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay with family! This spacious 115 m² home offers everything you need for a comfortable year-round holiday. It can accommodate 6 people and is ideal for both summer and winter rentals.

Living room
The attractively furnished living room has underfloor heating and features a cosy 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing. The modern Smart TV has German channels via satellite TV. Of course, the house is equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas cooker, combi-oven, microwave, Senseo, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. It is an ideal place to cook and enjoy delicious meals together.

Bedrooms
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The single beds are equipped with 200 x 90 cm mattresses for optimal sleeping comfort. 1 Double bed also has 90 x 200 mattresses and a double bed with 80 x 200 mattresses. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Bathroom
On the ground floor is a spacious and modern bathroom with a shower cabin, washbasin and toilet. There is also a second toilet on the first floor, ideal for extra comfort.

Garden and terrace
Outside, there is an enclosed terrace with an awning for extra shade. Here you can enjoy the outdoors. There is a garden table, chairs for 6 people and 2 sun loungers.  There is a garden shelter for bikes at the entrance to the house. The spacious terrace offers plenty of privacy and the ideal place to relax.

Parking
There is parking for one car on site and additional parking spaces in the park's public car park.

Pets welcome
Two pets are welcome, so you can take your faithful four-legged friends with you on holiday. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds or sofas.

Safety
The house is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

Park facilities
Make use of the indoor swimming pool (extra charge), sauna, solarium and mini golf, all located within the park. Ideal for a day of relaxation and fun.

Please note that this accommodation is non-smoking.

Park regulations
Campanula is a family park, and therefore this property is only rented to families and couples. Groups are unfortunately not welcome.
