Description

Belkmerduinen 23 is in aquiet location surrounded by greenery and trees.

Belkmerduinen 23 is in a very quiet location, surrounded by lots of greenery and tall trees. The accommodation includes central heating and a large terrace. A second toilet incl. cold/hot water can be found on the first floor. The gallery, the open ceiling and the large glass front give the house its spaciousness and lots of light. The inviting charm of the house is also achieved by the neat furnishings (mainly in black and white with red as colour contrast). Moreover, a small studio in the extension of the barn offers the opportunity to retreat occasionally to read or work in peace.

Living room
The living room has a dining area and a cosy seating area with television (with cable connection for German and Dutch channels). The holiday home is heated by central heating. Stairs lead from the living room to the 1st floor. The sliding doors in the living room lead to the spacious and enclosed back garden.

Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, oven, kettle, sandwich maker and coffee maker.

Bathroom
The renovated bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a 2nd toilet on the first floor.

Two bedrooms
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and single duvets.
‍From the living room, you can reach the first floor via the stairs. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
On the first floor, the landing takes you to the second bedroom with sloping roof. Here too, there is a double bed with single duvets. Linen and towels can be rented at Great-Vakantiehuizen. Storage space for clothes is available on the landing.

Garden/terrace
The spacious backyard is fully fenced. In the backyard is a covered area, where you can have breakfast or enjoy a snack and a drink in the evening.

In the park there is a playground and a football field. Close to the house you will find ‘Campanula’ (indoor pool, tennis court, mini-golf, sauna, solarium) or 800 metres away ‘de Goudvis’ (indoor and outdoor playground for small and bigger children - located directly opposite the dunes). From the large, free car park there, it is another 800 m through the large dune landscape - embedded in forests, depending on the route - to the wide sandy beach leading to the sea. This lovely bungalow is just 10 minutes by bike from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee!
